There have been times that I've not wanted to practice but I've pushed myself to do so and felt so much better afterwards. I really enjoy these sessions. Sometimes I'm completely in the zone and other times my mind wanders but the teachers make it clear that this is perfectly normal and acceptable - just go with it. Another reason I enjoy the sessions is that they are not hugely demanding in the positions we use - I currently am experiencing wrist and knee issues so my mobility isn't what I would like it to be.

I occasionally thought yoga might help ease my Fibromyalgia symptoms and be good for my mind. I never went further than that as I am a plus size 45 year old with pretty severe pain and stiffness in muscles and joints and dreaded the thought of being a laughing stock to young or fit lycra clad people. The sessions are suitable for everybody. It has increased my stamina to walk and I can often move more freely after a session. I love that I can now see and feel my muscles growing and strengthening, as well as increasing my self-esteem.

How exactly does the Beginners journey work?
This 21 day experience is split into 3 weeks, each laid out in the same way. Each week will look like this:
Welcome and goal setting element
Followed by three practice videos (2 movement and 1 mindfulness)
Optional bonus practice video
Access to two dedicated live 30 minute beginners classes
Reflection and check-in
The practice videos will start short and simple (just 10 minutes long) and increase a little over weeks 2 and 3. You will be able to access as much support and guidance as you need for the whole 21 days, with qualified and experienced teachers there to answer any of your questions.
After you have finished the 21 days, you’ll then have one week to access all of our 20+ live classes a week and our entire video library to further test the waters. Then you will become part of the main Frog Project community. You will have an Unlimited membership charged at £30/month. If you chose not to stay on, or wish to downgrade to a Standard membership, please let us know.
What platform is the course hosted on?

Do I need to be able to get up and off the floor to do the course?
